Shipping policy

Above all else, we want customers and shoppers of Cape Mercantile LLC to feel a part of a unique shopping experience and community. To this end, we will do our best to ensure a smooth shopping and return process. We know you work hard for your money and have a lot of options on where to spend it. We do, too, and we appreciate your business and loyalty.

However, we are a small business, and our success not only on the products we sell, but the integrity of our customers. For this reason, we ask that careful consideration be made when purchasing, and customers will be deducted the cost of any return shipping label. 

Life is not black and white, and neither is this Shipping policy. We strive for exceptional processing times, and within 5 business days; however, there may be exceptions to this standard, and we will communicate when there will be delays in processing and shipping. 

Additionally, although stated elsewhere, it is important to restate that returns bust be approved before customers send back an item. 

Final sale items are not returnable, unless there is damage or gross misrepresentation.

A request to return should be received withing 30 days of receipt of the item. Once returned, items must be in original, new, unworn and unused condition.
